At Capitol Child Development Center, we’ve been providing exceptional early childhood education and care for over thirty years. Founded in 1987 by the Connecticut General Assembly, our center provides full-year, full-day care for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years. Our warm and caring staff are dedicated to nurturing the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of all our kids.
